<P style="LINE-HEIGHT: 5mm" align=center>   일제 식민지 치하에서 일본 제국주의자들은 조선 전 지역에 신사(神社)를 설치하여 역대 일본 황실과 공로자들의 위패를 보관하고 철저하게 일본의 신민(臣民)으로서 강제로 참배하도록 하였다.<BR>   이 엽서 사진은 서울 남산에 설치했던 1930년대와 1940년대 신궁(神宮)의 모습이다.<BR>   일제 말기로 오면서 황민화(皇民化) 정책과 대동아 전쟁을 수행하기 위해 남산 신궁은 일본 황실을 위한 숭배의 장소로 신성시되었고, 소풍 장소로도 이용되어 군복을 입은 학생들이 기념 촬영을 하고 있다.  얼마나 철저하게 우리 민족 말살 정책을 폈는지 알 수 있다.</P>

<P style="MARGIN-LEFT: 3mm; LINE-HEIGHT: 5mm; MARGIN-RIGHT: 3mm" align=left><FONT size=2>   1965년 6월 22일 일본 동경에서 한국 외무부장관 이동원(李東元)과 일본 시나 외무대신이 서명 조인한 한.일간의 합의 사항을 해설한 홍보용 책이다.<BR>   이 책은 1.기본 관계에 관한 조약, 2.일본국에 거주하는 대한민국 국민의 법적 지위 및 대우에 관한 협정 및 부속 문서, 3.어업에 관한 협정 및 부속 문서, 4. 재산 및 청구권에 관한 문제의 해결과 경제 협력에 관한 협정 및 부속 문서, 5. 문화재 및 문화 협력에 관한 협정 및 부속 문서 등으로 구성되어 있다.<BR>   이 조약에 의하여 한.일 양국은 외교, 영사 관계를 개설하고 한일 합병이 무효임을 확인하였으며, 일본측은 대한민국 정부가 한반도에서 유일한 합법 정부임을 인정하였다.<BR>   근래 문제시되고 있는 어업 협정에서는 양국 12해리의 어업 전관 수역을 설정하고, 어업 자원의 지속적 생산성을 확보하기 위한 일정한 공동 규제 수역을 설정하였다.<BR>   일제식민지를 벗어나 한.일 관계를 정상화하려는 노력을 엿볼 수 있으나, 일본의 침략 사실 인정과 가해 사실에 대한 진정한 사죄가 선행되지 않고, 아직도 망령처럼 살아 있는 일본의 속셈과, 식민지를 밟고 일어선 오늘 일본의 국민성과 경제 발전에 향수를 느끼는 사람들이 많다는 사실은 또 다른 치욕이 아닐 수 없다</FONT></P></TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE></P>
